2021年7月份美国职业移民排期表A

美国排期分A表和B表，A表是申请人在中国，B表是申请人有合法签证在美国等排期。

职业移民方面，各个类别均有大幅前进，EB1继续无需排期。可惜的是目前除了EB5外，领馆暂时还没恢复其他职业移民类别的面签。我们预计需要等亲属移民审理得差不多了，才会开放职业移民面签。

另外要说一下7月份EB5的排期，由于EB5区域中心6月30日就要到期了，所以7月份的排期暂时显示为“U”不可用。排期公告中也有一段说明：

Employment Fifth Preference Categories (I5 and R5):

Division O, Title 1, Section 104 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 extended this immigrant investor pilot program until June 30, 2021.  The I5 and R5 visas may be issued until close of business on June 30, 2021 and may be issued for the full validity period. No I5 or R5 visas may be issued overseas, or final action taken on adjustment of status cases, after June 30, 2021.

Since there has been no legislative action at this time, the final action dates for the I5 and R5 categories have been listed as “Unavailable” for July.

If there is legislative action extending this category for July, the final action dates would immediately become “Current” for July for all countries except China-mainland born I5 and R5, which would be subject to a November 8, 2015 final action date and Vietnam I5 and R5, which would be subject to an April 1, 2020 final action date.

大致的意思是，EB5区域中心政策于2021年6月30日到期，如果到期后没有延期或者新政策出台，则暂停面签和发放EB5签证。如果EB5政策得以延期或者出台新政策，则中国大陆EB5的优先日期会变为2015年11月8日（对比上个月前进了54天）。

EB1A——无排期

EB1C——无排期

EB2（NIW）——2～3年排期，最近进展很快，之后排队的申请人应该不算多

EB2、EB3A、EB3B——4～5年排期，疫情期间申请人减少，之后可能会加快

EB3C（EW3）——12年排期，排队申请人比较多，实际排期可能会更长

EB5——15年以上排期，排队申请人比较多，每年名额很少
